Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed.

If your cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return must be approved by our team before sending 

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • All refunds are processed in the original purchase currency (AUD)
